I’m looking for a virtual assistant to help with customer service. It will be a full time role
Description of a Typical Day
Check Zendesk Inbox and compile the days “to do” list
Reply to
Extract numbers from multiple sources (Amazon, Shopify, other)
Build Excel/GSheet balance sheets
Schedule calls
This job might be for you if:
You have excellent English skills, in particular near native written English.
You excel at Excel/GSheets
Can use sum, sumproduct and know how to reference cells from multiple sheets within a workbook and willing to constantly learn new skills
You’re discreet as you’ll be dealing with sensitive customer data
You’re very attentive to details and can spot when something seems off
Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely
Preferred Skills
Google Analytics/Ahrefs experience
You’ve got business experience or understand the online marketing/online business space
You’re good navigating ambiguous situations
Know how to use Chrome, Lastpass, GDrive, Slack, Hubspot
