We are a London-based community organisation for entrepreneurs & professionals. Our main operations are events, marketing, data & information distribution and eCommerce. We are rapidly expanding and looking for people to join our team.
We are looking for a passionate graphic designer to join the team as the lead creative director. Personality and creativity are very important to us, so it should be reflected in your application. This role will require someone with strong verbal and written communication, initiative and great interpersonal skills.
Requires proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Minimum 3 years experience is essential (illustration, brand, logo and web design)
We’ll be looking for candidates with immaculate attention to detail and a good command of the English language. A high level of competence will be expected of this role so show us yours by copy-pasting the words “I can write and speak English” at the beginning of your application. Successful applicants will be invited to a
Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design or higher (or at least 3 years of professional work experience)
Excellent visual design aesthetic and strong illustration skills
Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Sketch) or other screen design software
Strong illustration and typography skills (also, colour and image compositions)
Excellent organization and time management skills
Experience in communications, marketing, or brand design role
Demonstrated ability in the following will be looked for first:

Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for maintaining online and offline brand assets (Includes everything from
Support leadership's internal design initiatives as needed. You’ll be required to design a variety of assets including (but not limited to) digitals ads, social media designs, blog designs, landing page designs, printed material, and website illustrations.
Proactively manage a queue of design requests, producing quality work on time
Produce digital, print, and website assets for demand gen and customer journey campaigns.
Working with management in building brands from conception to launch/ Create illustrations and graphics for clients (We have very passionate customers, help us help them tell their stories)
Rapidly create sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate your ideas
Create content for specific digital channels, like Instagram, Pinterest,
Contribute to art direction and visual design
Collaborating with another designer on design concepts for a brand’s website
