Job brief:

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative who will provide products
and service information, as well as resolve any emerging problems that our customers may face. Previous US based experience is a MUST as well as good command of the english language!

Job functions:

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. Lastly, finding a resolution.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Recommend potential products or services to customers
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Manage incoming calls
• Generate sales leads and close sales
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Cancel, upgrade accounts or attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
• Complete refunds, or exchanges
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as phone numbers
• Inform customer of deals and promotions
• Sell products and services

Requirements:
• Proven customer support experience
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
