JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a rockstar. Is she you? Our rockstar will have a dual position with our company, managing both Customer Service and Social Media Marketing.

This is a full-time position with the potential to be salaried. Telecommute/remote with regular meetings over phone/Skype and potential for occasional on-site/travel opportunities.

You track your own hours and create your own schedule, so you must be consistent, reliable and proactive. Please submit your resume/CV, brief cover letter and photo (we like to "read" your energy this way before interviewing).

Customer Service Rep
Must be:
Responsible, kind, patient, acutely detail-oriented, master communicator, able to commit to a quick response time, tech-savvy. Ideally, you have struggled with emotional eating in the past.

Duties:
- Become familiar with our programs, backend systems, "voice" and current students
- Compile previous customer service responses into a streamlined FAQ that can then be used for future inquiries
- Assist students with technical issues (passwords, login issues, download issues, accessing/locating content and classes, etc.)
- Provide encouragement, guidance and emotional support to students who are struggling
- Respond to new customer/website inquiries
- Assist with private session scheduling/rescheduling
- "Own" student updates and communications
- Work closely with the Media & Marketing Manager and Technology Manager to troubleshoot sales & system issues

Social Media Marketing Manager
Must be:
Familiar with social media marketing, grammatically impeccable, good writer, fun, creative, willing to suggest and devise new SM initiatives

Duties:
- Write and schedule regular Facebook posts using our brand voice
- Manage Facebook page and groups, members and comments
- Create and manage Facebook ad campaign (with input/direction from Britt and Media & Marketing Mgr)
- Create and manage Google AdWords campaign (with input/direction from Britt and Media & Marketing Mgr)
- Create and manage brand Pinterest page; create simple, compelling graphics to make existing content "pinnable"
- Manage and optimize YouTube channel for maximum traffic/views
- Review and timestamp existing (unedited) video footage with an eye for short, powerful clips appropriate for YouTube
- Upload, tag, and promote edited video clips to YouTube
- Suggest and create contests, giveaways, and other campaigns to increase opt-ins/likes
- Manage and optimize blog
- Manage email marketing calendar and post all appropriate content emails to blog
- Create, schedule and manage podcast program (we provide the content, you keep us on track and help us get listeners)
- Cross-promote various content pieces (blog, video, audio, pins, etc.) across SM channels
- Work closely with the Media & Marketing Manager on miscellaneous other tasks/initiatives on an as-needed basis
