Recruiter for Finance and Banking

I am looking for a self starter recruiter to help with full time roles in finance. The recruiter should be creative in finding candidates that meet the job descriptions provided.
Cold calling, reviewing resumes, interviewing, screening candidates for specific job requirements, preparing candidates for client interviews, and assisting with the negotiation of job offers
Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
Posting job descriptions to internal/external databases
Conducting reference/background checks as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong competitive nature coupled with a collaborative and team-oriented personality
Ability to work in a fast paced, high performance environment
