Search Engine Marketing Manager

I'm looking for someone to help me set up and manage online ads for a number of different projects on a part time/freelance basis. I know a little, but I am not an expert and I need someone who can execute everything from creating ads and offers to setting up, tracking, and monitoring campaigns. Ad budgets are small to start.


Facebook is the focus, but I'd like to try other platforms including Google, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. if you have experience with these.
