Enthusiastic artist

I am looking for someone who is able to draw very well (animals, dinosaurs, people, robots and so on. Also in a funny way or more creative. I will provide the ideas for the artwork and the artist provides the created stuff) and knows to use Adobe Illustrator very well to provide the artwork as vector files (.svg .ai). It is really necessary and essential that you know how to handle things like that. I will provide a contract which needs to be signed by the designer that she/he ensures that the created illustration is not a copy of artwork of another artist and that all rights on the artwork are transferred to the customer to use it for all possible purposes. I would like to see works that were created by the artist and her/his portfolio to see how good she/he is. I would like to work on a regular basis. I need not too complex drawings more simple things.
