Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet:


- Has their own computer and highspeed Internet connection.

- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.

- Can work from home without distractions.

- Can use Skype.

- Has a PayPal account.

- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained other skills.

- Can work full-time. (40 hours per week)

HAS THE FOLLOWING GENERAL SKILLS:



- Strong Wordpress skills for setting up and maintaining Wordpress blogs.

- Able to use an FTP program (FileZilla) to upload files to blogs.

- Able to write good, solid content quickly for articles and website content.

- Strong English grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Able to take a wide research topic and refine into specific article topics.

- Quickly create lists of suggested article titles for writing assignments.

- Proficient with EzineArticles.com website to submit articles.

- Proficient with making Wordpress page and blog posts with SEO tags.

- Strong organizational skills to be able to make posts into multiple blogs.

- Strong documentation skills to create records for work progress.

- Experience as a Virtual Assistant.

- Keyword/Niche Research - solid Market Samurai experience a plus.

- Link Building - Directory Submissions, Blog & Forum commenting, etc.

- Article Distribution - using SubmitYourArticle.com "leverage" feature.

- Social Bookmarking - proficient with Bookmarking Demon

- Able to Read Manuals and Implement "Best Practices" for SEO Programs.

HOW WE PAY:

---

STARTING: This position starts at $250 USD per month for the first 2 months. This is the trial period before an increase in monthly salary. You must prove yourself to keep this position on our team, after that you will be a permanent team member. We pay through PayPal on a weekly basis.



BONUSES AND PROMOTION: You are eligible to receive bonuses for excellent work/production within the first month. After 2 months when you have proven yourself to be a stable, reliable, and highly productive part of our team, we will raise your monthly salary.



YEARLY BONUS PAY: In addition to any bonuses you may receive, we also pay 13th month bonuses after you have worked for us for 12 full months at your salary rate.
