JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
– Day to day management of web site performance & applicable automation of SEO tagging
– Identify opportunities to improve crawling & indexation
– Bi-weekly site audits and reporting, with recommendations and roadmap scheduling
– Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
– Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
– Develop and implement link building strategy
– Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve – SEO positions for target keywords


Requirements:
– Proven SEO experience
– A strong understanding of search engine crawlers
– Technical auditing experience on small to large web sites, both static and dynamic
– Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on sites with tens of thousands to over 1 million pages
– Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, look-up function and conditional functions)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
– Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
– Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool
– Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
– A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations
– An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry

– Ability to utilize different networks (Word-of-mouth, Email, Social networking sites, Video sharing sites, Web forums)

Willing to work and be based on Quezon City.
