Insurance Customer Service Representative

Must be available from 9 AM - 5 PM US Eastern Standard Time.

To become a Customer Service Representative, the following skills are required:

As a Customer Service Representative, your job duties will be the following:

Enter data to create auto insurance and home insurance proposals
Use third-party websites to verify the accuracy of data
Identify existing clients that have received significant rate increases and find alternate insurance solutions within our company partners
Electronically file documents
Notate client accounts frequently
Process basic changes for existing clients
