Seeking Full Time Graphic Designer for Blogging and Social Media

Looking for a motivated individual to become a long term part of our team as a FULL TIME contractor position.

Job Summary:
We are a Canada-based digital publishing company. We own and manage a portfolio of websites, in a variety of niches. Our sites are primarily in the finance and budgeting space.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will work with our Blog Manager and owners who is:
- Trustworthy.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Has an excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Able to do both social media graphics and infographics, ebooks and eventually print
- Is organized and self-motivated.
- Has an eye for branding and design that matches our audience
- Is an expert in the Adobe Suite of design products
- Familiar with selection of the right stock photo for the message
- Looking for a long-term position
- Able to work daytime hours (PHT) with a weekly team check in as early as 6 am PHT


Responsibilities:
As we have a large portfolio of websites, the specific tasks required will change frequently. Some of the common tasks will be:
- Create graphics on brand and on topic to match each blog and for sharing on social media
- Create headers, profiles, website images as needed for seasonal updates
- Create infographics, ebooks with clickable links and other digital downloadable products
- Be able to look at our content and know what graphics need to be created / updated to make them match our brand and trends
- Review website and social content for inconsistencies and make suggestions for improvements
- Support the blog manager and social media manager in organizing and preparing graphic content

This is a full-time position. Salary range is $ ---------- USD per month, dependent on experience. Benefits include 13th month bonus and paid holidays. Additional benefits are negotiable.
