Youtube video Editor

I’m looking for someone who can edit my YouTube videos Every week or two weeks. I do need someone who is using professional editing software. I would like my videos edited in a similar way to a British Youtuber called Morgz. Just watch one or two of his videos so you know the flow in which he edits. Also I’m looking for someone who can do Photoshop to make eye catching thumbnails for my YouTube videos.
