Law firm and title company seeks a full-time employee to prepare documents for real estate transactions in Ohio, USA. You'll be working closely with another experienced Philippines-based employee who will train you in our process.
The successful candidate will have familiarity with the various components of real estate transactions. Previous experience with title and escrow services is a major plus.
High attention to detail is a strong requirement.
Requirements:
1) You should be willing and able to work 20 hours per week for the first few weeks, then going up to full time when ready.
2) Excellent written and spoken English is required. You won't be asked to make cold calls for sales, but you will need to be able to speak with U.S. professionals and government agents while working for us.
3) A reliable Internet connection is required with a phone system.
We use the following software applications:
- Qualia
- Dotloop
- Asana
- Google Suite
- Microsoft Office products

5) Long term there would be an incentive available for hiring and managing other Philippines-based staff.
