We are a U.S. organization that helps provide children's products to various educational and recreational centers across the United States.
As our Virtual Assistant, your main responsibility will be to conduct basic internet searches and send emails to potential clients. You will use Google and Google Maps to find clients that meet specific criteria. Then, you will send our pre-written emails to the qualifying clients that you find. You will reply to some incoming emails and send follow up emails as needed. Additionally, you may be required to edit client details in a Google doc spreadsheet in Google Drive.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
*MUST be able to work full time, 40 hours per week. (You'll be required to use our time-tracking software.)
*MUST have a reliable High-Speed internet connection and reliable anti-virus / anti-spyware protection on your computer
*Excellent English communication skills - fluent English speaker, reader, and writer.
*AT LEAST 2 years work history at regular on-location jobs OR virtual assistant jobs. Great if you have experience as a virtual assistant!
*Experience conducting internet searches and finding information using Google or other search engines
*Comfortable working with multiple browser tabs and/or windows open in the computer. For this job, you will often need to have between 5 to 10 tabs or windows open at once and must be able to switch between them efficiently.
*Can quickly and easily navigate through email inboxes and folders
Experience with Google Maps, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel would also be fantastic!
