You must have:

* Can type fast.
* Know how to research.
* Can work in a team.
* Eager to learn and secure a long term job.

Pay: How much do you think you're worth?

* How many days can you work per week?
* How many words can you write per day.
* How stable is your power and internet connection.
* Have you been working as a writer before?
* How much would you like to get paid? And why should we pay you this much.
* When can you start?
