Accent Software is a leader in the design, development, implementation and support of Insyte software for the window furnishing industry.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented technical test and support analyst, working as part of our Development Team, providing technical support of the Insyte Enterprise ERP systems for the window furnishing industry. This involves:

• Performing testing of software
• Supporting the software solution
• Undertaking remote training and providing support to the end users post implementation
• Data entry and database set-up using MS excel
• Gathering, analysing and documentation of business database information
• Travel to Australia

What we are looking for:

In order to be successful for this role, it is essential that you have a passion for the operation and use of computers, as well as posting the following skills and attributes:

• IT qualified (BSc degree or equivalent)
• Experience/knowledge in software testing
• Understanding and use of CRM systems
• Experience working with companies overseas i.e. Australia (including a willingness to travel to Australia if/when required)
• Advance MS Office skills, in particular with MS Excel
• Lateral thinker, with advanced problem solving skills
• The ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong customer service orientation, with excellent written and verbal english communication
