Seeking an eager assistant to assist me with operating functions of my business. This is a full time position with no termination date (as long as the company exist you will be needed). There are certain requirements that are needed to fulfill the position. I will list in an orderly fashion below what is expected from you.

Duties Includes:

Create multiple email accounts on a daily basis

Content creation for advertising

Create Online profiles for clients

Register clients in several websites (10 - 20)

Activate accounts for new clients with

Crop and enlarge images

Create weekly Postings on sites

Must be good a site builders. Ex. Wix, Weebly and other site builders based on the same principle. Need to be able to creat simple websites to clients.

Be able to do Banner exchanges with affiliated companies and place on clients websites.

Register domains and forward them to site builder

Solicitation for new clients for business at least 50 per day, would prefer 100

Post on Several sites business solicitation

Receive quotes and pricing cost for our advertising

Manage accounts throughout the day

Create Banners

Keep website updated

Organize client list in excel

Post Reviews

Manage multiple accounts

Verify clients

Answer Emails

Book flights, hotels and rentals online

Research competitions rates

Create and events calendar

Basic knowledge of Photoshop (Not Mandatory)

Wordpress (Is not mandatory but highly suggested)

As a prerequisite I do require that you speak and write perfect English. You must be able to work outside of your comfort zone and catch on to things quickly. This business is very repetitive and once you catch on the process is very simple. I do prefer someone that can work Eastern US time but that can be discussed.

You will be working alone with me in a successful niche that no one is in and will be very secure as my business service is always needed in good times and bad. Your pay can be negotiated and I want you to grow with me. I treat my employees right with dignity and respect. Questions are always welcomed but I expect for you to catch on quickly.

Must be able to give 40+ hours/week, FULL TIME and have NO other job.
