Customer Relationship Representative

Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming inquiries, collect frequent requests and create response templates
* Review loan applications and complete customer verification and compliance checks
* Follow communication procedures and improve processes
* Escalate customer complaints to the Team Lead as required
* Support with client acquisition and the creation of weekly reports
* General administration and other misc. duties as assigned
