Full Time Sales VA

Main goal: Help the sales team close more deals.

Responsibility: You will contact stick shift driving instructors before and after making a sale to see if they can take a lesson at the time a customer wants to go. You’ll do this by calling and texting. Before the sale, you need to keep the CRM updated with the most recent and accurate information relevant to each deal, taking info from all sources (email, voicemail, call recordings, text history). Check all contact sources to see if any records need updating and update accordingly. After the sale, You need to ensure that instructors contact customers and agree on a teaching location as soon as possible after the customer pays for the lesson. Once we sell a lesson, we need to contact the instructor to make sure they will teach the lesson. If they are unavailable, we need to find an alternate instructor to teach the lesson, which you’d do by going through our list of nearby instructors and seeing if they can teach the lesson. And lastly, after the lesson, you need to contact the customer to collect feedback. Share feedback with the team, including the ---------- pensation: Depends on experience, but expected to be higher than average for the market. Requirements:
- Conversational and speaks fluent English
- Knowledgeable about manual stick shift cars and knows how to drive.
- Has sales experience
- Must have a quiet work area with no background noise
- Have high speed internet
- A reliable computer
- A backup battery
- Headset
- A smartphone with a data plan in the event that you lose power or internet at your workstation
