Looking for an Incredible DEPENDABLE Logo/Graphics Designer

Hi, I am looking for a really great logo designer that is very dependable....meaning, someone who shows up every day on time and works hard. Those who work hard will be rewarded with periodic raises and bonuses.

This job isn't for everyone. These are the things I am looking for:

1) Someone that has a strong work ethic and doesn't just watch the clock. This might mean if a job needs to get done that you stay a few minutes longer to finish it. You would be paid for that of course, or get to leave early another day.

2) Someone that has really great design skills. I am looking for the same kind of quality designs as these:

Right now this is a part-time job that will most likely turn into full-time.
Part-time would be $20/day for the days you work.
Full-time would be $100/week if I decide to hire full-time. Like I said, at the moment, I only have part-time available, but it could turn into full-time.

I am located in the US and the Philippines is 13 hours ahead, so your days are our nights. I'm looking for someone who is available to work nights your time...approximately 10pm - 6am your Philippines time.
