JOB OVERVIEW

We are a London, UK based small business, having traded since 2002. Our business has 3 core areas of activity
- sales on Amazon of small household items (over 75,000 units worldwide)
- Amazon consultancy helping other 3P sellers start on Amazon
- consultancy / training in other business transformation areas

The Managing Director has over 25 years Dot Com / IT / ecommerce / social media experience. The company has 2 full time, and 3 part time employees working from home offices in Europe and North America.

We require Virtual Back Office support in the following areas:
- online research (such as looking at a photo of European cities, doing some research about the building and writing 2 - 3 lines of original content for posting on Facebook / Instagram)
- online research about client prospect companies
- data entry to track entries into our Hubspot CRM
- support with creating Eventbrite training events
- data analysis - Excel spreadsheets and similar tools

There is NO selling and NO phone support required in this role. There is LIMITED requirement to be available during London office hours. We know you need to sleep and have family time! :-)

Required skills:
- Facebook posting experience
- Instagram posting experience
- LinkedIn contact research experience
- Hubspot CRM (data entry) REQUIRED
- Hubspot CRM (configuration) BENEFICIAL
- Eventbrite event creation and management
- Excel - Advanced experience REQUIRED
- Excellent written English. (British English preferred, but we will accept American English)
