Amazon Store (Dropshipping) MUST have experience with a successful store.

Hello, my name is Justin Tankersley and I run multiple large Amazon stores and I am looking to start a new one from scratch.

I am looking for a employee who has experience with all aspects of running a successful amazon business and does not need training.

This means knowing how to:
- finding items that will sell and have a profit margin of at least 8%
- how to handle customer service
- how to keep metrics in good standings
- also if you have experience with managing and teaching others that is a plus

Please do NOT apply if you are not confident that you can build a successful store, I want someone who will be able to build it from scratch.
