Long-term full-time / part-time VA wanted

If you can answer "yes" to these questions then I would love to hear from you because I am looking for a personal assistant to work full or part time. Hours are negotiable for the right person.

WHO AM I?
I am a cheerful software entrepreneur and the lead of a web design company. I am based in Massachusetts (USA). I work hard and like others who do the same but I am renowned for being a
fair employer and for giving clear instructions.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
I am taking on two major missions in 2021:
* Increasing the volume and caliber of the clients for my web design company
* Launching and growing a software product

(And we'll have more major missions in the years after this one!)

Your role will include:
* A growing familiarity with my personal systems, integration with them, and coordination within them (Google Docs, etc.)
* Growing familiar with our existing business systems (and perhaps offering thoughts on improving how we're using them: ClickUp, Freshbooks, etc.)
* Collection of emails and contact info
* Discussion with clients (current and prospective) on some basic matters
* Evaluating and ranking candidates for various positions
* Management and maintenance of ongoing tasks in admin support, project management, CRM, etc.
