Senior Online Marketing Specialist (SEO, Social Media, Lead Generation)

Dear Candidates,

We're a small web company in Australia, specialising in WordPress and Laravel development. We're looking for a SEO and Online Marketing Specialist to work with us to strategise and nurture our new online marketing efforts. We're looking for a digital marketing ninja that's a good fit with the qualities below:

* At least a solid 3-5 years experience in multiple online marketing disciplines (2 of the 3 below)
* Solid experience with off-site SEO activities such as keyword research and analysis
* Solid experience with FB/Google ads - building campaigns and monitoring their performance
* Solid experience with lead generation on Linkedin or any other platform
* Must have a strong sales and marketing mindset with an understanding of people
* Must be able to STRATEGISE and IMPLEMENT online marketing activities on their own
* Knowledge of on-site SEO and best practices
* Must be on top of the industry and its latest trends
* Good spoken English a must
* Experience with social media community management -> will be a bonus
* Experience managing multiple clients, especially in the web development industry -> will be a bonus

Responsibilities include:
* Search engine optimisation of our website as well as our clients
* Strategise and implement sales funnels for our range of offerings as well as for our clients
* ---------- and implement Facebook or Google ad campaigns
* Grow and manage our Facebook page and activity
* Lead generation efforts on Linkedin to find leads and convert them to customers
* Finding projects on freelance sites by pitching to prospective clients
* Contribute to the company’s overall long term sales and marketing strategy
* Account management and handling enquiries and service requests
