Here is the situation:

We are a German based Internet Marketing Agency specialized on local search. We are a team of 3 full-time members (2 from Gensan) and some part time staff. We are growing fast and need additional developers to build sites, plugins and themes for us and our customers.

Accordingly, we're looking for someone who really enjoys coding and takes pride in their work.

Please note: since you'll be writing and communicating with us in English, you must have excellent language
skills

Here are a few more tasks you'll be working on...

- Modify and customizing existing wordpress themes
- Cusomization and new plugin creation
- Theme and Child Theme creation
- Planning projects
- Setting Up Sites completly on your own
- Interactions with other platforms like Facebook
- Setting up WooCommerce Shopping sites
- Modification of directory plugins like Directory from templatic or GeoTheme

With such a variety of tasks it's for this reason we're looking for an very experienced person

To be a success in this role, you...

- Have excellent English skills
- Have Expert Status in Wordpress Development and Design
- Wordpress Multisite experience
- Experience with bbpress, buddypress and woocommere
- Pride yourself on your organizational skills
- Love getting the job done quickly with an attention to detail
- Love working on the internet
- Have expert knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, jquery, javascript and so on
- Experience in building responsive and mobile friendly sites
- Good understanding of SEO
- Good knowledge of Apache (mod_rewrite ...)
- Advanced Graphic Design Skills - Photoshop, PSD to Wordpress ...
- Frontend Design Skills
- Love learning new things – especially on the internet
- Are self disciplined with good work ethic
- Self motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Have a strong sense of integrity and honesty
- Have internet access from home
- Have full time availability - daily communication
- Must be willing to install timetracking software on your PC
- Must be Ok to send daily reports and using ProjectManagement Sofware

What We’re Offering

- In the beginning Part time position 20 hours a week
- Wage negotiable to experience - 200$ - 250$ a month
