T-Shirt Designer for specific niche

I am looking for a graphic designer to join my team. I need someone to develope unique designs and do so on a regular basis.

Looking for:
- Cartoon, comic deisgns
- Vintage designs
- letterings

You should be used to photoshop or illustrator, speak and write english and know about ---------- would be a plus if you are familiar with the gaming niche, no problem if not.
As well you should be familiar with Google Drive, Skype and other communication programs.

I will pay 2-4 $ per design andI will pay on weekly basis.
