JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Property Development company looking for a virtual administrative assistant to facilitate the generation of bulk letters targeted at land owners.

The task includes the following:
- Using a provided database to research potential development sites
- Creating a list of potential development sites in Microsoft Excel
- Create a mail merge with Microsoft Word with appropriate letter template (templates provided)
- Fix up the formatting of each letter (if needed)
- Upload letters into a share drive
- No printing or posting is required

The ideal candidate will require the following skills/attributes:
- Self starter
- Speak good English
- Basic to intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical
- Easy to get along with
- Experience using 'PriceFinder' database an advantage, but not necessary

All training will be provided.
