Software Testing, Project Manager & VA for Software Company

We’re a well established software company with lots of web based software and thousands of customers. We’re looking for YOU to help our customer get better results using our software. We need YOU to manage multiple project and software lifecycle and make sure everything is on track.

Job Task will include:
- Test all our old and new software products
- Coordinate between the support team and development team
- Maintain a list of bugs and get development team to fix them on time
- Handle customers support tickets regarding technical queries
- Replicate & verify bugs and technical issues mentioned by customers
- Review salespage and other websites to make sure customers aren’t misunderstanding anything
- Create simple tutorial PDFs or short screencast videos (with or without VoiceOver)
- Understand customers complains, help development team improve the product when possible

Technical Knowledge required:
- Basic knowledge of using cPanel and Filezilla (FTP)
- Basic knowledge of using WordPress (install it, install plugins, themes etc)
- Knowledge about Facebook, YouTube and all other social media sites
- Ability to create multiple accounts on Social Media sites for testing
