WANTED: ILLUSTRATOR + Expert T-Shirt Designer. LONG-TERM, Stable Employment. Only for those who want a FULL-TIME Job.

REQUIREMENT and SKILLSET:
I’m looking for a creative and quick working Graphic Designer (specializing in T-Shirt Design), to work on a long-term basis as a T-Shirt Designer for my Fast Growing T-Shirt Business. The applicant must be an expert Illustrator and should also have an understanding of Typography and T-Shirt Design. The Designer should be experienced with Merch by Amazon platform.
As the main market is the USA for these designs, it is beneficial for this job if you have a good understanding of the US culture, watch Hollywood movies, Netflix, TV Shows, are interested in US politics and follow the News etc.
The ideal applicant must be willing to work FULL TIME (40+ Hours/Week), must have a robust internet connection and crash-proof, virus-free computer, should be comfortable on Skype, Google Sheets, Slack and other basic software and should be able to communicate well in English.

WORK EXPECTED:
I’ll send you an idea of a T-Shirt; with Niche and a phrase/saying, maybe an example of a good shirt too, in most cases. You have to get creative and recreate the concept/phrase in your own style. The T-Shirts designs may contain Text or Graphics or both. You’ll have to create ORIGINAL DESIGNS ONLY. Any design copying is absolutely unacceptable. So, its imperative that you possess a sound understanding of copyright and trademark laws and how they apply to image, design and intellectual property copying in the ---------- LECTION CRITERIA:
Your selection will be according to your design skill, creativity, communication ability, general intelligence, autonomy and speed (the no. of good designs you can do per day).
