JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is a rapidly growing benefits administration and employee benefits software and brokerage company. We are looking for an administrative assistant with the following skills.

Job Description:
The position is responsible for the following duties and tasks:
-Assist in client implementation processes from start to finish.
-Ensure that organizational goods or services consistently meet client needs.
-Sustain and renew client contracts.
-Familiarity with different industries and able to interact with a range of personalities.
-Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Perform a variety of tasks - A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
-Assist numerous staff members and departments on a multitude of projects.
-Manage the data entry and clean up of our project management tracking system.
-Administrative support and organization for executives and other staff
-Manage calendars and travel
-Develop meeting agendas, take notes and create deliverables and timelines.
-Research, analysis, and data entry
-Proficient in MS Office
-Experience in using project management systems
-Comfortable with engaging in communication with clients and partners.

Must have the following in order to apply:
-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
-Good written and verbal English communication skills
-Must be detailed oriented and highly organized
-Proficient in MS Office
-Experience in using project management systems

Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge of benefits, insurance, payroll, and/or human resources a plus

Full time
