.net/php programmer for online directory

We currently have an online directory with video capture and video playing, that we want to add features to or renovate in either .net or switch to php. This will be a full time job so we want an expert senior level programmer. We just want a fast directory and since we already have the programming done in .net we may continue in this format or change to a new language. This is where the expert comes in. Please do not apply if you are not a senior level programmer.
