Customer Service representative

I am currently employed as Technical Support Representative , Tier 2 , taking Inbound and Outbound calls. Call handling and Customer service satisfaction provided to customer. Taking call efficiently and handled calls with courtesy. Knowledge in MS Office especially MS Word and Excel
Previously worked as an Assembly Matetial Controller 2 at a Semiconductor Industry. Maintaining accurate and sufficient stocks are available for Production use to eliminate downtime due to Material shortage.. Act as Secretary to Managers , Doing reports of Manager that will be presented during their daily meetings. Make sure that all files are in good order. I am flexible, depemdable and easy to adjust and learn new technologies. Have a positive look on every task given and give 100% Of my capabilities on doing my job with integrity.
