As a Babyboo Fashion Customer Care Team Member, you are a highly valued key player within the Babyboo Fashion brand. We are looking for someone who can portray the right tone of voice, language & efforts to fulfill our customer's satisfaction of our brand’s service.

The Purpose of this role is to push website traffic from across the world, through to the Babyboo Fashion Website checkout process, essentially turning general traffic into Satisfied & Returning customers.
LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WITH:
Minimal 1 year experience within Online E-commerce Industry.
Must be available Casual/ Part-time hours (Preferably Full time hours), Monday to Saturday.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Quick thinker, problem solver & decision maker.
Able to accomplish all set KPI’s & Workload daily.
Loyal to a company
Very responsible for making high risk/ costly decisions
Who takes pride and ownership of their work
Perfectionist in all tasks
Ability to take instructions and learn quickly
High computer skills (Word, & Fast typer)
Experience in working in a fast paced working environments
Ability to work independently & within a team.

Able to highly multi-task between tasks & customer enquiries.

Sorting all customer enquiries Via Live Chat on a timely manner
Before, during & after customers purchase, you're the one to help!
Educate customers about products, as well as independently.
Managing online communications and various social media platforms
Proving insights & knowledge to customers on Products & Order status’.
Finding answers & sorting issues to every situations being faced.
Take our customers satisfaction to the next level!
Maintain and grow a positive 5 star rating service.
Supervising & providing assistance to in-house Customer Care team.
Ensuring each & every customer is beyond satisfied.
Ability to assess customer support needs when they arrive, then provide solutions or refer them to appropriate college.
Highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through with enlightening solutions.
Your success is measure by team and individual productivity as well as overall company performance.

Thorough understanding/ knowledge of Company’s info: Policies, Products, Returns, Shipping, Sizing & Model stats.
