Web app/site

Here is what I need in full detail:

We know lots of small companies that sell their own manufactured products through retail (Walmart etc.).

These companies very much want to follow up with their customers so they can get feed.back on their items. How do they reach their customers that bought their item at the local Walmart store?

They add a leaflet to the item requesting the buyer to come onto their web site and leave them feed.back. When the buyer opens the product he then goes onto the manufacturers web-site and leaves feedback.

There are many ways to incentivise the customer so that he actually goes onto the site and leaves the feed.back. Some might offer a monetary incentive while others will choose a free online video etc etc..

Once the customer gets onto the site he will leave the feed.back and will apply for the bonus (monetary or video etc.).

I am now talking about small companies that don't have a web site of their own as they only sell 1-2 items..

These companies need this simple website intended only for the leaving of feed.back and claiming the bonus.

My company has all types of web templates for this type of website.

So we have 10 types of templates, each has 10 +/- pages. Each template is intended for a different type of item.

Example: We have a template for someone selling a product in the beauty category and then we have a template for someone selling an item in the office category.

We also have different templates depending what the incentive is. If it's a gift card it will be a different look then if it's a video bonus.

Each template has a few pages for the full site:

1- 'Home page'.
2- 'Where did you buy the product' page.
2- 'Leave feed.back' page.
3- 'More feed.back' page, if good feed.back is left, here is where they will say what they liked best
4- 'Improve page', if a bad feed.back is left, here is where they will say what part was wrong.
5- 'bonus' page.
6- 'Enter your address' page.
7- 'Confirmation' page.

And some other pages, also depending on the template.


Here is the project I know need:

Web- App/Site

I want these companies to be able to come onto my app and:

- Choose and buy a domain name. (something with their brand name in it..)
- Choose which template to use for their site

I will have m designer to do the slight changes to the templates so that their brand name and item will be in there.

And now they have a site!!

The web-app/site will need the following:

1- Open domains
2- Be able to set up the template to the site.
3- should secure the hosting (?) so that they don't just go off with the template.
4- Collect the leads of the site.


Please note that this info is from a non-programmer so I do understand that I am most probably missing important technical parts. We'll discuss those 1:1.
