Production Video Editor - FULL TIME

We are looking for a FULL TIME and PERMANENT Production Video Editor to join our awesome team. You will be editing both instructional videos for membership sites and marketing videos like these:

File conversion to MP4 and MP3 will be necessary for most video edits. Some animated logo production and various tasks such as management of our asset storage should also be expected.

We are using Asana for task management and need someone who can follow through on assigned tasks without needing reminders to check for ---------- structional video examples...here is the general process that you would be responsible for:
1. Download the multiple video and audio assets to your local computer.
2. Convert Camtasia recordings to MP4 format.
3. Create a sequence inside a new Adobe Premiere project file that prepares and combines the audio and video files.
4. Sync audio and video tracks, transition between video tracks, zoom and pan to keep video ---------- rmally this is transitioning between screen recording and talking head video but could be more complicated.
5. Add the appropriate animated logo, text titles and other elements as instructed for each video.
6. Export a final MP4 version of the video and MP3 of the audio to Amazon AWS and Wistia for review and final tweaks.
7. Share the Amazon link to the Audio file and the Wistia embed code for use by other team members to add to websites and to post videos.

Your location can be anywhere, but you need to have a reliable and higher bandwidth internet connection for file transfers (you’d be downloading about 4GB to 16GB per week of assets and uploading around 1GB to 2GB per week). You must be experienced using Adobe Premiere Pro and Camtasia and must speak and understand written and spoken English.

We have a weekly meeting at 6:00AM Mountain Daylight Time that you would be required to attend and then you must be able to meet 2 times per week during business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm MDT) via Zoom meetings as needed. For Zoom meetings, you need to have an internet connection that can support screen sharing and/or video sharing. Other communication will be done through Slack messaging and task comments in Asana.

PAY INFORMATION: Payment of ---------- (negotiable) PHP will be made weekly for the first 2-4 weeks during the trial period, and then payment of between 9,000-13,600 PHP will be made every two weeks thereafter. This is approximately 19,500-29,000 PHP per month or annually 234, ---------- ,400 per year as the base salary (not including other pay and benefits such as prorated 13th month, performance bonuses, vacation time and holiday pay).

Additional Benefits Offered:
13th month pay (prorated for first year based on the percentage of year you worked for us)
Regular Holidays are paid time off and Special Non-Working days are non-paid time off if they fall on a weekday.
One (1) sick/vacation days paid per month starting after 1 month of service. This will accrue up to a maximum of 12 days if not used (we WANT you to use them).
Consideration to pay SS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig after 6 months of service.
