Chatfuel + PHP/SQL Expert

I need someone to make a template of Chatfuel that can activate the live chat plugin only at selected times and day for a selected timezone. Nothing complicated, if you can do it without code then good, otherwise we need to do the code in our company's domain.

This is a one time off job but if we like how you work, there will be future projects.
