Are you a creative Vector Line Art Illustrator or Graphics Designer?

I am looking to build a longer term relationship with someone who:

1) Possesses in-depth knowledge of illustrator and is an expert at creating professional looking VECTOR LINE ART images and Videos based off of Vector illustrations
2) Someone who applies CREATIVITY in brainstorming ideas and coming up with refined images based up off brainstormed ideas
3) Who can translate a rough idea for an image created on Preview(Mac) and turn it into a creative masterpiece
4) Who can tap into the elements of incongruity (i.e. oddness and weirdness) to provoke an immediate audience thought-provoking reaction (ewww “what the hell is that??” or “this is very intriguing i want to find out more about this NOW”) BUT also finds a subtle balance with what is allowed on Social Media e.g. on Facebook
5) Somebody who can create a story with the image, but has a grasp of how to leave the story open ended so as to provoke curiosity in the viewer (Image Psychology)
6) Time management- someone who can produce and iterate images quickly - with turnaround times within a few hours. Typically, can produce 2 or more creative image concept ideas a day AND reiterate previous images based upon instructions by me.
7) Execution ability - Someone who can understand my instructions and turn them into reality
8) Strong work ethic - prior relevant work history may be useful
9) Able to work 30-40hours a week on the tasks.

Skills Required:
1) Image Research with psychology in mind
2) Creativity (the fun part for the illustrator!)
3) Adobe Photoshop
4) Adobe Illustrator
5) Strong Work Ethic/Time Management
6) Camtasia/iMovie knowledge (not essential)
7) Communication skills

I would provide a few training videos on how to go about the image creation process based on my requirements. I have included 2 photos to suggest the quality of Image output ---------- principle this is the process the Illustrator would follow on a daily basis:
1) Inspiration (Based on a Google/Other Search)
2) Brainstorming Idea
3) Conceptualisation of Primary and Secondary (highlights/arrows/graphs/organs/odd thing etc) Elements of Each Image (on a 1200x628 pixel canvas in Preview (Mac)/ Paint/other software)
4) Basic Sketch
5) Basic Vector Image Created In Illustrator
6) Reiteration and refinement of Primary and Secondary Elements
7) Final Image Production
8) Repeat steps 1-7
9) Make any necessary amendments to images as requested by me

I would be expecting original work, that doesn’t infringe any copyrights, with exclusive image rights to be made available to me!
