Wordpress and SEO Expert

Hello,

I'm looking for a VA that's an expert in Wordpress and SEO. I work with local businesses on responsive web design and development. There are essentially three services we offer, including 1) Wordpress development; 2) SEO; and 3) hosting.

I'm looking for a VA to work full-time and support various projects. If you think you're a good fit, please provide a response to the questions below.

Client Example
1. We deal with a lot of local businesses who need a responsive website and are primarily focused on SEO. Let’s say we have a new client that’s a local plumbing business and we’ve been hired to design and implement a new website. What’s your approach to designing and building their website? How would you get them ranked on the first page for their targeted keywords (e.g, Brooklyn Plumbers)?
