Social media researcher needed, must know Instagram

We are looking to compile a list of users from America on Instagram with follower counts between 150,000-350,000. We have created an Excel sheet with the info we want, the format we want it in, and a few examples here:

The key is we only want to see non-famous accounts from the USA, we do not want any well-known celebrities, media properties like TV shows and movies, or corporate accounts. People, pets, and interest (as an example, an account called 'luvsportscars' that posts pics of high end cars is ok) are all fine but we looking for accounts that do not belong to celebrities yet still meet our follower range.

We expect to build a list of several thousand accounts from Instagram, and then we need to move on to Twitter, G+, Facebook, etc so there is a lot of work for someone that does a good job.

To be considered, download the file and add 5 Instagram profiles that you feel meet our criteria and email it to us along with your hourly rate, how many hours a week you could work on this project (we will pay for up to 40 hours), and an estimate of how many names you think you could provide each week. Replies not following this format will not be considered. Only people with ID Proof in the green color range will be considered.

1. 30D Post- The number of posts the user has made in the last 30 days
2. 30D AVG LIKE- The average number of likes received per post in the last 30 days, in thousands rounded to nearest tenth (.X).
3. 30D AVG COM - The average number of comments received per post in the last 30 days
