Tangy Digital is a digital marketing agency and has grown too big for our current team to handle on their own. That’s why we are looking for a brand-new member to join us and help us serve our customers together!

The position we are looking for is a PART-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT.

· Eager to learn new software basics and skills
· Responsive to messages and calls - timing to be discuss
· Reasonable English reading, writing and listening skills
· Able to work 20hours/week
· Not afraid to ask questions and speak up when a problem arises

Your Role

As our team member, you will be working closely with other members of our team, including our copywriter, Facebook ads creator, video editor, graphic designer and me, the process and operations guy, to create advertising that gets people to buy.

Below are some tasks you may be expected to do, if you decide to work with us. If you already glimpsed the list below and felt your heart drop because you aren’t familiar with all the software we use – DON’T TURN AWAY YET!

It is NOT expected to know how to use all the software from the outset. If you are unfamiliar with any software, we will personally teach you enough of the ins and outs of every software we use. Within a few weeks, you will be a master at using all the software we use!

Tasks you may be expected to do include:
· Setting up and managing Facebook Ads
· Creating basic landing pages from a template
· Creating basic content such as quizzes on Outgrow
· Formatting emails
· Basic photo editing such as resizing and cropping
· Setting up integrations between different softwares such as Clickfunnels, Active Campaign, Zapier, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Wordpress
· Learning from our videos and text guides if you do not know how to complete a task
