Content Asst. Needed for Coaching Company

I am the head of marketing at a life coach training company, and I am looking for help with managing/creating new content for my website as well as conducting research on life coaching topics, and creating social media content for Facebook and Twitter. Ideally I am looking for someone who can help me a little bit every day, and who has an interest in research, discovery, learning, expanding their skill set, perhaps even helping out with podcast editing/scheduling and so on.
