Web Design, Graphics & Marketing Virtual Assistant

My company, an online marketing agency, is looking for a FULL-TIME Marketing Virtual Assistant who can help with all facets of our business.

Position pays weekly or every 2 weeks (whatever you prefer)

Your tasks will include, but not limited to:

- web design (html, dreamweaver, wordpress setup/maintenance, account setup via cPanel, ftp, create landing pages for affiliate campaigns)
- graphic design (logos, banners, custom graphics, etc.)
- social media management (FB Fanpage creation, creating & maintaining accounts)
-creating leadgen funnels (unbounce/leadpages landing pages and setup getresponse email campaigns)


It’s a plus if you can also write articles too, but it’s not required.

I’m only looking for people who can work full time during a set schedule. If you need to break it up, like 9am-1pm then 4pm-8pm, that’s fine.

You must be logged into Skype during those hours so we can discuss the projects that need to be done for the week and each day.



Requirements:

- Wordpress installation and configuration (themes, plugins, etc)
- Setting up ecommerce sites on Wordpress using woothemes or other ecommerce plugin
- cPanel (installing and configuring wordpress, creating email accounts)
- Intermediate skills with Dreamweaver, comfortable in editing HTML and using FTP
- Photoshop - can design logos, banners and custom graphics
- Can work 40 hours a week (I can work around your schedule, but you must be logged into skype)
- Fast and reliable computer and internet!
- Can send me a progress report daily through email



Desired Skills (but not required):

- creating nice looking FB fanpages
- video editing and animation
- article writing
