Helpdesk Technician

Looking for experienced IT helpdesk technicians. Must have good English speaking skills. We are a busy MSP working in the Dental, Healthcare, and Education markets. Good oral and written communication skills are a must. Prior experience with Connectwise Automate/Labtech would be helpful. Knowledge of Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, Office 365, etc... is needed. Windows 2012/2016/2019 Server admin experience is a plus. Any dental practice management support experience is also a plus but not required.
