HOME-BASED CALL CENTER AGENT -US ACCOUNT (Graveyard Shift)

PAID TRAINING: Must be able to work full time 7AM to 5PM C.S.T. Monday - Friday and/or Tuesday - Saturday


JOB OVERVIEW:

This position involves heavy phone, email and chat support work. We are looking for people with a great personality who are able to offer our customers, the highest quality of customer service.

If you are fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for customer service, then we want to HEAR from you. The successful candidate will be self motivated, assertive, and ---------- addition, the successful candidate will have a positive work attitude, adaptable to an ever changing work environment and can thrive working under the pressures of a deadline.

We are only selecting the very best workers. To be successful, the candidate selected will work hard and take an interest in what they do. This is a potential full time position and we reward those that are loyal and detail oriented. We can train the person for the position. However, we are actively seeking someone who is interested in having long-term employment with an American based employer.

All of our daily communication is through an app called “Slack” for phone and PC . We can chat, share videos, pictures etc.

Training:
We provide paid training. The chosen candidate must complete required training for payment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-At least 6 months Call Center work experience
- Should be able to speak English with an American or Neutral Accent
- Must be able to type at least 50 WPM.
-Must have a good and stable internet connection
-Quiet working environment that is free from distractions or interruptions is a must
-NO frequent power outages and internet connection issues
-Prior experience using CRM, Ticketing, and VoIP software a plus.
-Available to start ASAP
-Must not have another job or do side work on Upwork or any other site.
-Must be comfortable asking question and asking for help

Payment Terms:
Pay starts at $75.00 per week and will go up from there. We will provide a review after 90 days with a salary increase.We provide a 13 month bonus at the end of the year and generous bonuses throughout the year. We also provide paid vacation after working with us for one year.
