JOB OVERVIEW

We are a digital marketing agency who need support creating managing the content marketing creation and delivery through HubSpot, Mailchimp, & WordPress. You must have experience using these tools

- Uploading Blog Posts to Wordpress/HubSpot
- Optimising Blog Posts for SEO
- Optimising images for web
- Adding content to wordpress websites
- Tech Support - managing client change requests and support inbox
- Website content updates including blog content
- Submiting articles to search console
- Site testing to ensure that it's working correctly
- Schedule emails in HubSpot, Mailchimp and others
- Write basic content from a template for blogs and social media


You should have experience in CSS, HTML, Wordpress, PHP and some experience in SEO

I'm looking for someone amazing to work with me for the long term. If you're some quick cash, then this won't be for you, we're looking for committed, long term players who want to join a strong development team. We only publish high quality websites and every section of the site needs to be tested and reviewed before being released. You'll need to include the word orange in your proposal as that I'll be able to see you understand this brief.

Role Requirements:

- Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand holding
- Must be a ninja at written communications
- Extensive inbound marketing experience
- Experience with Wordpress essential
- Some SEO Experience
- Experience in HubSpot, Trello, Jira, Google Docs is advantageous but not necessary
- Experience in Adobe products (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is advantageous but not necessary
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once yet complete tasks w/ laser like focus
- Must be a proactive problem solver who finds the solutions rather than asks questions
- Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills

Role Duties Include:

- This is part-time role Monday to Friday (20 hours/week)
- This WILL become a full time role for the right candidate and therefore you must be prepared for 40 hours per week
- Track all hours through tracking tool
- Provide the highest level of tech support to clients around the world
- Perform daily (Mon-Fri) administrative duties
- Assist and support me with ad hoc tasks as required
- Provide daily emails with work completed, and work in progress, and any issues
