I am looking for someone to start immediately to work for me Full-Time, at least 5-8 hours a day. You are applying as a full-time employee to work 40 hours per week. This is a work from home opportunity for people who are dedicated and flexible.

HERE ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

1. You must have the ability to communicate in English EXTREMELY well and be willing to work night and weekend shifts. You need to be proficient in spoken and written English.
2. You must have a high quality headset and reliable internet speed at least 3mbps. You must be using a DESKTOP. (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE USING A LAPTOP)

3. Hardworking, dedicated and loyal are the most important qualities to us.

4. Customer service experience is mandatory. Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in your work in important to us.

5. Knowledge in using Google Drive and Zendesk

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. You will interact with customers by emails and live chat to resolve any elevated customer service issues.

2. You will be talking to customers who have recently brought products online.
