Zinnia Care is a UK based dedicated home care provider and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative to be our out of hours point of contact.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Ensure no vulnerable adult (service users) is left without care by checking in with carers to make sure they are out on their daily rounds.
Reallocating care calls in times of emergency sickness/leave.
Answering any queries from our service users.
Answer any queries from our staff when they are working.
Be the voice of Zinnia Care when our UK office is closed.
What the ideal candidate needs

Previous customer service experience (min 2 years with either a UK or USA based company)
