I Want to create a document for a project.
I need someone with high skills of understanding and fast writing.
I will explain and describe what need to be done.
If every things goes well we may work together for other project I can also refer you.
For a fast and efficient decision please tell me what is your minimum hours per week if there is any. This will help to proceed only with interested one.
NB I need an honest person and I can't offer to many hours weekly for now.
