Job Description:

- Handle seller/buyer leads
- Manage lead follow up system (we'll train you)
- Make outbound calls to internet leads (to convert to an appointment)
- Set appointments
- Data mining from public records (we'll train you)
- Skip tracing leads (we'll train you)
- Pulling property comparables (we'll train you)
- Manage our CRM and database system

***We will train you and show you how to use our systems.

Our Ideal Team Member:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of real estate experience is REQUIRED.
- Smart and hard working - No excuses
- Can solve problems on their own
- Thrive in small teams (we have a team of 4)
- Fluent in English
- Fast computer and fast internet (If you have internet/computer problems that will force you to miss work, you probably won't be a good fit. We need to team member who's responsible and have the capability to launch and manage time-sensitive campaigns without internet/computer problems)
- Can work 8 hours a day in the afternoon and evening (13:00 - 17:00; 18:00 - 22:00 - Work 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
