.NET developer who has great experience in PDF

What we're looking for:
An experienced .NET developer to help with the following:
1. Display PDF in a browser-based viewer, where user can also select a rectangular area and get the coordinates
2. Programmatically extract the text (most likely, the rectangular area selected is a table)
3. Code other PDF-related tasks
